A NOTE ON THE PUBLISHED PIECES BELOW
I’ve been writing professionally for over thirty years, beginning with television scripts in the 1990s and early 2000s, then through the Designs by Alina blog I launched in 2014, covering design, motherhood, and travel. In 2020, I shifted my focus to poetry, hybrid prose, and essays, which now fuel my creative life. The following published pieces represent the early stages of that evolution. More recent work is available by request.
